Let’s Get Together, Team Z!

Please confirm with your manager the dates and times you need to be in Milwaukee. All employees will attend ZyFest August 2 from 1pm-10pm and August 3 from 8:30am-4pm. Ask your manager if there will be any team specific meetings either before or after ZyFest. And, if arriving on August 2, be sure to allow yourself time to get settled at your designated hotel before catching a Zywave-provided bus to the Summerfest grounds.

Out-of-Towners

Employees are asked to explore travel options and select the most economical option. Depending on your location, this may include driving your own car and expensing mileage, renting a car, booking a train or plane ticket. Airports in both Milwaukee and Chicago should be considered when evaluating route options.

All travel must be reserved through Concur (EXCEPT HOTEL, see below) and all travel expenses will be submitted for reimbursement through Concur. Hotel – You do NOT need to reserve a hotel room through Concur. Zywave has room blocks at several local hotels and will assign groups based on pre- and post-ZyFest meeting needs. Stay tuned for a separate email with appropriate booking links.

Transportation – Out of town guests should utilize ride share programs for transportation from the airport to the hotel. The cost can be expensed and reimbursed to you. Zywave will provide shuttles to ZyFest (from your hotel) eliminating the need for car rentals.

Locals

If you reside in Milwaukee, Racine, Waukesha, Washington, or Ozaukee county you are considered “local” and will not receive any travel allowance or hotel accommodations. There will be free parking available at the ZyFest site.
