Attention Team Z
Rats! We were trying to roll out something cool regarding Uber @ZyFest, but sadly it’s not going to happen. We will not be using specific Uber codes during ZyFest. Please Uber/Lyft as needed for transportation outside of ZyFest, e.g. meetings, etc. You will follow normal expense procedures for these costs. As a reminder, shuttles will be provided between the hotels and ZyFest. The schedule can be found in our Know Before You Go guide on the website. Also, if you see other Zywavers roaming around your hotel, please consider coordinating rides and getting to know each other!
